Chatter Answers is a Salesforce product that helps our Customers create a self-service support community that allows their users to post questions and receive answers from other users. My team was tasked with redesigning the desktop product for the mobile web.

I owned the visual design as well as designed interactions for several features, and worked closely with our contracted development team to ensure proper fit and finish of our work. We also created mobile prototypes and collaborated with our user researcher to conduct usability tests to help us validate and iterate on our designs.
